Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your QMobile account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items that were included in the initial shipment.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure tracked delivery to our service center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
